Twin Pines is Steve’s company. He answers the phone, he walks your property, he prices the job, and he is there while it gets built — which sounds like a small thing until you have had a contractor quote you and then send strangers.

Read the reviews and the same few things keep coming up. He turns up when he says he will. He tells you what is happening before you have to ask. He checks the layout three times before anything goes in the ground. And he cleans up properly. None of that is glamorous, and it is very nearly the whole job.

We build fences and decks and we repair both, across Spring Hill, Columbia, Thompson’s Station, Franklin, Nolensville and Chapel Hill. Over 400 built so far and 5.0 stars on Google — and most of our work now comes from neighbours of people we have already built for, which is about the only endorsement in this trade that means anything.

Spring Hill sits on the Maury–Williamson county line, so the rules change depending on which side of town you are on, and most of the newer subdivisions layer their own architectural review on top of the city permit. We prepare and submit both packets as part of the job. You approve the design once and we do the chasing.
